This class is for students who have learned the first third or more of the Tai Chi Chuan Yang style short form. Students will continue the choreography of the remaining Tai Chi chuan movements and postures. They will also begin to refine their movements to develop the internal principles and deeper levels of Tai Chi practice. (Age 18+)
