This class is for adults and teens ages 16+ and includes barre, center, and stretching exercises for adult/teen students with previous training. Prerequisite: three or more years of previous training or by permission of instructor to enroll.
The attire for this class is as follows: Women: leotards, tights, skirts, warm-up pants. Hair should be pulled neatly off the face so it does not inhibit movement. Men: T- shirt, jazz pants, sweats or tights. Ballet shoes are required for both men and women.
