Basics I is a class for beginners and almost beginners. We start with the basic ballet positions and simplest steps. Barre and Centre exercises are followed by gentle stretching. Emphasis is placed on alignment and balance to produce ease of movement. Dress: leotard, tights and skirt or other comfortable clothes for movement, and ballet slippers. Ages 21+

No class 11/3/26 and 11/24/26.
