Description: Hospice Cup, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit founded in 1981 that raises funds for hospice patient programs. In partnership with the Maryland Federation of Art, Hospice Cup hosts an annual competition to select artwork for its official event poster. The winning piece, chosen through MFA’s People’s Choice Voting Gallery and an in-person reception, will be donated to Hospice Cup and used for the 2026 Hospice Cup poster and promotional materials. Any original 2D work is eligible, featuring sailboats racing in the Chesapeake Bay. There is no entry fee, and artists from any U.S. state or territory may enter. Submitted works will be on view online from March 20–May 15, 2026, with the winner announced at a reception on April 30, 6–8 PM. For details, visit hospicecup.org.
