Chesapeake Arts Center (CAC) seeks an enthusiastic, experienced, and goal-oriented Education Director who is passionate about how the power of arts can facilitate community connections and bring people of diverse backgrounds, ages, and cultures together. This is a full-time, (40 hours/week), exempt position.

As the Education Director in a multi-disciplinary arts setting, you will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and overseeing educational programs that integrate various artistic disciplines. This position requires a dynamic leader with a strong background in education, program design and development, and collaboration. The Education Director will be a key leader on CAC’s management team who works closely with all staff and contracted instructors to ensure a comprehensive and cohesive educational experience for students of all ages and backgrounds.
