Featured AAC Artist Series: Rich Isaacman
The Arts Council Virtual Art Gallery Series Featuring AAC Artist: Rich Isaacman
Rich Isaacman is the President of the Digital Photography Club of Annapolis. His photographic experience stems from a love of travel: he’s been to over 50 countries on 6 continents, and tries to make photography a central part of his visits. He took his first “serious” photos while living in Hawaii, a place that offers endless opportunities for striking images. Now, as he and his wife globe-trot, he tries to capture a sense of place as well those evocative moments that form our strongest memories.
Rich’s work appears regularly in galleries and shows around the area, including ACAAC exhibits at BWI and Anne Arundel Medical Center, and the Maryland Federation of Art’s Circle Gallery in downtown Annapolis. Earlier this year he had a solo exhibit at Maryland Hall for the Creative Arts, showcasing 29 of his drone photographs from both the local area and exotic destinations. His travel photos have won awards from the Washington Post and Beacon Newspapers.
