Join artist Em Campbell for a relaxed outdoor watercolor experience where you’ll learn how to paint “in the wild.” This 2-hour session is designed for all skill levels—from complete beginners to painters looking to loosen up and try painting outdoors or as the French say it plein air. Working in a small group at a local Annapolis park, Em will guide you through the essentials of painting on location.

You’ll learn how to choose a subject, simplify a scene, and capture the feeling of a place without getting overwhelmed by detail. Along the way you’ll explore practical skills that make outdoor painting easier and more enjoyable.
