In honor of the 250th Anniversary of the Declaration of Independence and in partnership with the Annapolis 250 Commission, we warmly invite you to participate in a vibrant celebration of our county’s rich tapestry of people, history, stories, and experiences. This exhibition offers a unique platform for artists and creators to express their visual narratives that encapsulate the American Experience in all its diversity. Recognizing that the history of our nation is an ongoing journey, still unfolding and evolving, we encourage artists to delve deeply into their personal perspectives as well as the broader community narratives. By doing so, they will explore the cultural richness and profound connections that unite us, inviting viewers to reflect on the shared journey of our collective history. Join us as we honor the past while inspiring the future through creativity and storytelling.
This exhibit at BWI Marshall Airport provides an excellent opportunity for local Anne Arundel County artists to showcase their talents to thousands of travelers. Exhibits rotate every four months, each with a new theme. Located between Concourse C&D in departures (pre-security).
