DESCRIPTION:ACMF’s first-ever Family Concert brings chamber music up close for listeners of all ages. Maurice Ravel’s Mother Goose suite\, arranged for two pianists\, retells beloved fairy tales through music. A new chamber version of Sergei Prokofiev’s Peter and the Wolf follows\, placing the adventure—and the virtuosity of ACMF’s musicians—center stage. Free reserved tickets are available for ages 18 and under\, and children 12 and under receive free gifts that invite them to participate in the storytelling. Presented in Maryland Hall’s Main Theatre. Tickets: $0–$36.
