We are thrilled to announce that Monument Sotheby's International Realty Severna Park Art Gallery office will feature a rotation of exhibits of the artwork of local artists year-round.
Our submission process is easy; we ask all artists to submit their work via our form application portal.
The Art Gallery Committee will review the artwork and follow up with the artist(s) with an invite to display if selected.
- Our Art gallery exhibits are about 6-8 weeks long.
- The artist is responsible for the install and takedown of art, but we do supply the cable wire hanging system.
- We do one art reception; it is usually a Thursday from 6-8 pm.
- The artist can invite their friends/family to the event
- We pay for the MSIR marketing with the artist's approval (eblast and social media) 3-4 weeks before the event. We post on our social media outlets a few times and promote in MSIR's weekly newsletters.
- We provide catering from a local caterer, white wine, and 1-2 small appetizers.
- For school events, we do Sprite and Ginger ale only, no alcohol or brown sodas. School receptions are from 5-7 pm. There is a NO ALCOHOL policy for school events.
