Community Art Grants

A General Operating Grant is awarded to established nonprofit cultural/arts organizations which have existed for more than one year and have IRS 501(C)(3) Tax Exempt status. A General Operating Grant supports ongoing activities of successful organizations.

A Founding Grant is a one-time award to new nonprofit cultural/arts organizations which has not received prior grant funding from the Arts Council.  Founding Grant applicants must be non-profit Maryland corporations with an IRS 501C-3 status.
