The Garden Gallery will hold PORTRAITS – by Sandra Cohen. She stated that “during a well-filled life, I long ignored an early teen encounter with oil painting until, when retired from a legal career, I was tempted into portraiture by my irresistible grandchildren. This sparked an interest that has lasted and broadened. In my portraits, I try to capture something of the spirit of the subject in an artful way.”
The Opening Reception will be October 20th from 1:30 to 3:30 in the Galleries located in the Visitor Center. The Center is opened from 9 – 4 pm to weekdays and 10 – 4 pm on weekends. Entrance to the Park is $6. per vehicle; fee is waived for the Reception only.
