Jennifer is an artist and art educator living and working in Maryland and Virginia. The abstract nature of her work reflects her observations of the world through the lens of color, form, texture and line. The medium of oil and cold wax allows for the use of a wide variety of mark-making, textural strokes, color mixing, and a luminosity that comes from the layering of paint, powders, collage, and other reductive and additive techniques.
