DESCRIPTION:Ken Friedman: 92 Events presents instruction-based artworks spanning six decades by Sweden-based\, American-born Fluxus artist Ken Friedman. Visitors are invited to realize the artworks in their minds or\, better yet\, in real life. \nThe exhibition also includes contributions from Austin Sposato (with Chip Noland & Jeremy Olsen)\, David and Tara Gladden\, Eric Leshinsky\, Leslie Rose\, Robert Haywood\, Robert W. Madden\, Roderick Mincher\, Ruben Dobbs (filmed by Alison Harbaugh)\, Sammy Young\, Tom Levine\, and Wilfredo Valladares. \nAdmission is free \nExhibition on view January 15–May 10\, 2026 \nMuseum hours\nThursdays\, 10 a.m.–6 p.m.\nFridays\, 2:00–7:30 p.m.\nSaturdays\, 10 a.m.–6 p.m.\nSundays\, 10 a.m.–6 p.m. \nFree parking is available in campus lots off of St. John’s Street on Saturdays and Sundays\, as well as on Friday nights after 5 p.m. \nThe venue is on the ground floor and accessible to people with mobility challenges.

Do you have a solid photography foundation and want to hone your craft? \nJoin photographer Kaitlyn McQuaid for “Double Exposure\,” a 4-week digital photography workshop that will build on the foundations covered in the “First Exposure” workshop. \nPrimarily taking place on-location with real-time problem-solving and feedback\, this workshop will cover photographing in low light\, composition\, using a flash\, and elements of portraiture. Completion of the “First Exposure” workshop\, or a solid foundational understanding of your DSLR\, is required.

DESCRIPTION:A tradition for over 50 years\, the William Paca Garden Plant Sale provides the opportunity to take home a piece of history. HA volunteers personally raise over 8\,000 plants – perennials\, annuals\, trees\, vines\, and vegetable starts – that represent the best of the old and the new. \n \nCertified as a Maryland’s Best Native Plants retailer\, HA is proud to be recognized by the Maryland Department of Agriculture as a retailer offering at least 20 percent of its plants that are native to our state. If you are keen to support bees\, butterflies\, hummingbirds\, and other native wildlife in your garden\, you will find plants that delight them here. \nStaff and volunteers are on hand to answer your gardening questions. Proceeds of this beloved annual tradition support the mission and programs of the William Paca House & Garden and Historic Annapolis. \nRegistration not required. The Plant Sale is held rain or shine. Pets are not permitted at the event.
