SUMMARY:Registration Open for Musical Autist Troupe
DESCRIPTION:Musical Autist Troupe is an inclusive group of individuals with and without disabilities. Participants select songs to rehearse and perform together in community settings.  Many of Troupe’s performance songs emphasize acceptance and empowerment.  The group also seeks to foster meaningful friendships and to create a neurodivergent community. \nThis Troupe is for ages 16 and up.

SUMMARY:Rosario: Drawing from Nature II Age 18+
DESCRIPTION:Wednesdays 4/08-5/13 10am-12pm. Room: 117B. Price: $284.62 (WS26HR13) \nNature is often the best teacher\, especially when it comes to drawing and painting. This class uses live plants\, flowers\, fruits\, and vegetables as still life subjects to teach observational drawing skills. During the course\, we’ll explore drawing materials and wet media including but not limited to: graphite\, charcoal\, watercolor\, and illustration markers. This class includes one day of off-site drawing(location TBD) where we meet to draw from nature locally. All skill levels welcome; artists may bring their own materials in addition to using the materials provided. DESCRIPTION:Wednesdays\, 4/08-5/27\, 1:30pm-4:00pm\, Room: 103 Price: $404 (WS26RMK10) \nIn this class\, students will advance their knowledge of wheel throwing to create more complex forms such as teapots\, platters\, pitchers\, and lidded forms. We will also discuss aesthetic details regarding rims\, feet\, handles\, proportions\, weight\, etc. Bring an old small towel\, a sketchbook and lots of ideas.\nSupplies: Your first block of clay is included in the materials fee\, along with kiln firings and glazing.
